The service. Shisha2U lets you order from independent shisha lounges that deliver. Each shop is responsible for its menu, prices, preparation and delivery.
Age. Shisha contains tobacco or other products that may only be sold to adults. You must be 18 or older to use Shisha2U. Shops may refuse delivery if you can't show proof of age.
Orders and payment. Prices include delivery. You pay the shop on delivery. A shop can decline or cancel an order; you can cancel until the shop accepts it.
Your account. Keep your sign-in details private. Give a correct phone number and address so the shop can deliver. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Shops. Shops are reviewed before they appear in the app. Shops must follow the law, including selling only to adults, and keep their menu, prices and hours up to date.
Reviews. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated.
